Beef bacon cheeseburger- Recipe by coolinarika.com -
There are a million variations on the cheeseburger – but we don’t think any of them are complete without a little beef bacon. Try this one and you’ll never look back.
- Thoroughly mix the ground veal, ground beef and Vegeta in a bowl. Shape four fairly thick patties (about 3 cm) and leave them to sit for about 30 minutes. Smear the patties with olive oil and grill for about four minutes on each side. Lightly grill the beef bacon as well. Slice the buns.
- Place the cooked patties on the bun heels and add the cheese. Place 3 slices of grilled beef bacon on top.
- Smear mayonnaise on the bun crowns and close the burgers.
- Serve with fries.
Chef's tip: If you have time before cooking the patties, wrap them in clear foil and leave them to sit for an hour for better flavour.
