If you love lasagne but don’t have the time to spend preparing it, this recipe is perfect for you. All the comforting taste of your favourite dish and ready in a little over half an hour.
- Place the finely chopped onions and sliced bell pepper in a frying pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and stir until it releases its aroma. Add the chopped tomatoes, oregano, Vegeta and pepper and simmer on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomato puree, stir and turn the heat off.
- Mix the mascarpone cheese with the cooking cream, and shred the turkey ham. Place 3 lasagne sheets in a casserole dish greased with butter. Cover the sheets with a third of the mascarpone cheese, a third of the tomato and then a third of the shredded ham. Place another 3 lasagne sheets on top and repeat the process another 2 times. Place the last 3 sheets of dough on top, cover evenly with the remaining cooking cream and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
Chef's tip: Instead of mascarpone cheese (which can be difficult to find), you can use any cream cheese.
