When stuffed with Podravka Hot Ajvar and cheese, cucumbers become the perfect choice for people who love their meals with character.
- Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
- Press the liquid out of the fresh cheese, add the sour cream, salt and Podravka Ajvar. Slice olives and spring onions into rounds and mix well into the cheese.
- Stuff the cucumbers with your prepared filling and chill.
- Sprinkle with olive oil and chopped dill and serve.
Chef's tip: If you like dill, you can add it to the stuffing mixture, or if you prefer, you can replace it with fennel.
