- Sprinkle the crabmeat with Vegeta and lemon juice, and let stand for about 15 minutes.
- Dredge the marinated crabmeat in corn starch and fry in hot oil.
- Slice vegetables into thin sticks, add to hot olive oil and fry briefly until slightly soft but still crispy.
- Arrange vegetables and Podravka Mild Ajvar on the serving plate, add the crabmeat to the centre and serve with a radish and spring onion salad.
Chef's tip: If you want to make crispy vegetables, dry well after slicing, dredge in corn starch and fry in hot oil.
