Cod with egg salad
- Recipe by coolinarika.com -Fried cod is always a welcome addition to any table, so enjoy the simplicity of this fine dish, served with a rich salad featuring boiled eggs and Podravka Ajvar.

Preparation
- Sprinkle cod fillets with Vegeta, and fry in hot oil. Add several capers.
- Slice hardboiled eggs into quarters, add a little salt if desired, and add sliced pickles and spring onions. Sprinkle with olive oil and add coarsely chopped walnuts.
- Serve cod with egg salad and Podravka Ajvar (mild or hot, depending on your preference).
Chef's tip: Instead of capers, you can add black olives.
