Grilled tofu

Grilled tofu


  • 800 g tofu
  • 2 tsp Vegeta All-Purpose Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Podravka Mild Ajvar, for serving


  1. Slice tofu into 1 cm thick slices. Coat with Vegeta All-Purpose Seasoning.
  2. Grill the marinated slices on a greased grill pan until golden brown.
  3. Serve hot with Podravka Mild Ajvar and the salad of your choice.

Serving: Poslužite ih tople uz blagi ili ljuti ajvar i salatu po želji.

Chef's tip: The marinated tofu can also be breaded and deep fried in hot oil.
