Warm ajvar sandwiches- Recipe by coolinarika.com -
A little gathering with warm tea will always improve the mood.
- In a bowl, mix Podravka Mild Ajvar with the oil.
- Spread a thin layer of butter and the Ajvar mixture on each slice of bread. Place cheese slices on four bread slices, and cover with your remaining four bread slices.
- Heat a very small amount of oil in a frying pan (non-stick recommend), gently heat oil and add sandwiches. Fry lightly about 2–3 minutes on each side, and serve warm.
- Before serving, you can cut each sandwich in half diagonally to make triangles. Sprinkle with parsley, to serve.
Chef's tip: You can replace the toast with rolls, and bake briefly in a sandwich toaster or in the oven.
