Quick lasagne

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 120 g onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g red bell pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 400 g canned chopped tomatoes
  • 200 ml tomato puree
  • 12 lasagne sheets
  • 350 g turkey ham
  • 150 g mascarpone cheese
  • 300 ml cooking cream
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 300 ml cooking cream
  • salt
  • butter to grease the baking pot
  • 30 g grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Vegeta All-Purpose Seasoning

  1. Place the finely chopped onions and sliced bell pepper in a frying pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add the chopped garlic and stir until it releases its aroma. Add the chopped tomatoes, oregano, Vegeta and pepper and simmer on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add the tomato puree, stir and turn the heat off.
  2. Mix the mascarpone cheese with the cooking cream, and shred the turkey ham. Place 3 lasagne sheets in a casserole dish greased with butter. Cover the sheets with a third of the mascarpone cheese, a third of the tomato and then a third of the shredded ham. Place another 3 lasagne sheets on top and repeat the process another 2 times. Place the last 3 sheets of dough on top, cover evenly with the remaining cooking cream and sprinkle with the grated Parmesan.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 20 minutes.
  4. Serve warm.

Serving: Serve warm.

Chef's tip: Instead of mascarpone cheese (which can be difficult to find), you can use any cream cheese.
