A beautifully served platter of shrimp on vegetables with a radish and spring onion salad is also an attractive combination of fine flavours.
Sprinkle the crabmeat with Vegeta and lemon juice, and let stand for about 15 minutes. Dredge the marinated crabmeat in corn starch and fry in hot oil. Slice vegetables into thin sticks, add to hot olive oil and fry briefly until slightly soft but still crispy. Arrange vegetables and Podravka Mild Ajvar on the serving plate, add the crabmeat to the centre and serve with a radish and spring onion salad.
Chef's tip: If you want to make crispy vegetables, dry well after slicing, dredge in corn starch and fry in hot oil.
