  • 8 large tortillas
  • 200 g chicken breast fillet
  • 4 spring onions
  • 150 g fresh red peppers
  • 1 can red beans (400 g)
  • 1 small can sweet corn (150 g)
  • 4 tbsp Podravka Mild Ajvar
  • 100 ml tomato puree
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • salt
  • pepper

  1. Slice chicken breast fillet into thin strips and fry until golden in hot oil. Add sliced spring onion and cubed peppers. Fry for several minutes, then add the drained and washed corn and red beans. Mix well and add your Podravka Mild Ajvar, pureed tomatoes and cook over a low heat for several minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well and remove from heat.
  2. Spread mixture in the centre of hot tortillas, fold over both sides and both ends to make a rectangular pocket, and seal with a toothpick.
  3. Bake in a sandwich toaster until golden. Serve warm.

Chef's tip: Why not add 100 g grated cheese to the filling?
