Stuffed cucumbers

When stuffed with Podravka Hot Ajvar and cheese, cucumbers become the perfect choice for people who love their meals with character.

Stuffed cucumbers


  • 4 large cucumbers
  • 200 g fresh cow's cheese
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Podravka Hot Ajvar
  • 50 g pitted black olives
  • 2 spring onions
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • dill


  1. Slice cucumbers in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out the seeds.
  2. Press the liquid out of the fresh cheese, add the sour cream, salt and Podravka Ajvar. Slice olives and spring onions into rounds and mix well into the cheese.
  3. Stuff the cucumbers with your prepared filling and chill.
  4. Sprinkle with olive oil and chopped dill and serve.

Chef's tip: If you like dill, you can add it to the stuffing mixture, or if you prefer, you can replace it with fennel.
